Taiho Color Sorting Machine

The tea color sorter refers to a high-tech photoelectric mechanical equipment that uses high-definition CCD optical sensors to select tea leaves based on the color difference between tea stems, yellow flakes and genuine tea leaves.
It can sort tea leaves based on their morphology (such as area, perimeter, convex hull area, convex hull perimeter, major axis length, minor axis length, ellipse eccentricity and other parameters) combined with image recognition technology.
Realize: size separation, length separation, long circle separation, thick and thin separation, color separation.
It can remove glass, stone, iron, rice grains and other malignant impurities that are heavier than tea leaves.
Rich supporting equipment: In addition to the original ladders, tea rakes, feeders, vibrating screens, elevators (upright elevators, inclined elevators), and small inclined conveyors, a destoning machine has been added. It can effectively remove glass, stones, metal objects such as iron and aluminum, wire pipes, rice grains and peanuts and other non-tea substances in tea leaves, with a removal rate of more than 99%.
