Taiho Color Sorting Machine
The 6SXG series CCD industrial color sorter is a high-tech product with secondary sorting function that integrates light, machinery, electricity and gas. The basic working principle of the color sorter is to feed the material from the feeder to make the material pass through the observation window evenly. The CCD camera collects the color and shape information of the material, and transmits the data to the data processing unit for image processing, threshold selection, and finally through high Frequency solenoid valve removes bad materials.
This product uses a high-speed, high-sensitivity linear array CCD as a sensor for material color and shape. Its resolution is 4096Pixel. It adopts a SOC-based platform architecture. Compared with the DSP platform, the CPU frequency is increased by 5 times and the output processing capacity is increased by 4 times. , achieving stable, reliable, ultra-high-speed massive data processing, making this product better than similar color sorters in terms of minimum resolution, color sorting accuracy, color sorting efficiency and other aspects.
